Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to standardize the information disclosure work of Sichuan Tianfu Health Industry Investment Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianfu Health Group" or "The Company"), improve the transparency of Tianfu Health Group's work and take the initiative to accept social supervision, This system is formulated in accordance with the guiding Opinions of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Government on Promoting Information Disclosure of Provincial Enterprises (Sichuan SasAC [2017] No. 332) and the reality of Tianfu Health Group.
Article 2 This system applies to tianfu Health Group headquarters and all directly funded enterprises and entrusted management enterprises.
Article 3 The enterprise management Department shall be the information disclosure guidance department and shall be fully responsible for the information disclosure management. The General Management Department is responsible for the examination and release of public information and the establishment and maintenance of the platform; Tianfu Health Group's directly funded enterprises and entrusted management enterprises shall do a good job in information disclosure within the scope of their responsibilities according to this system.
